If you send a coaching inquiry, we collect your name, email address, how you prefer to be reached, a phone number if you give one, and anything you write in the message box. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. That is all.

How we use it

We use the newsletter list to send an occasional note about new writing and new books. We use coaching inquiries to follow up about coaching. We use contact form messages to answer you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Orders

When you buy a book on this site, PayPal handles the payment. We never see your card number. PayPal sends us your name, shipping address, and order details so we can ship your book.

Booking

You book coaching sessions through a scheduling service. It collects the details you enter when you pick a time.

Links to other sites

Some buttons go to Amazon. Amazon has its own privacy policy, and it applies once you are there.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information by writing through the contact page.
